Description: The Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Energy has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) to support the Kenya Electricity Modernization Project (KEMP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to carry out a study on the level of customer satisfaction in the electricity sector in Kenya to support best regulatory practices in the power sector in Kenya.
