Description: The Energy Financial Solutions, Policy and Regulation Department (PESR) of the Power, Energy, Climate Change and Green Growth Complex (PEVP) wishes to contract two individual power sector regulation consultants (one each of French and English-speaking expert) to assist the Bank’s team to develop the 2021 edition of the Electricity Regulatory Index for Africa (ERI).
This assignment will involve desktop research into regulatory frameworks of African Countries, review of previous editions of the ERI, administration of survey questionnaire, data collection, analysis of survey results, calculation of the index and writing of ERI report covering up to forty-five African Countries. The consultants will also prepare Country Regulatory Notes for each participating based on the survey responses.
