Description: IFC is seeking a consulting firm to conduct an analysis of the City of Ekurhuleni's commercial energy losses and establish a financeable loss reduction road map and action plan setting out clear milestones, costs and timings to address the reduction of commercial losses systematically. The firm will compile and analyze key data, identify and conduct in-depth technical analysis in selected areas, and develop a commercial energy losses reduction road map.
