Description: The Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tanzania-Zambia Transmission Interconnector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (the Services”) include provision of Consultancy Services for the Update of the Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP) Regional Power System Master Plan.
