Description: The objective of this assignment is to provide strategic support to develop a Solar Competitive Bidding Strategy and Framework in line with Kenya's draft energy auction policy and reflecting specific needs for the careful selection of investors and an allocation of risk optimized for the Country's circumstances. The strategy would provide guidelines for auctioning volume, deployment scheme, timeline, socio-economic development, roles and responsibilities, high-level bidding framework, among others.
