Description: The objectives of the contract are to evaluate the hydroelectric potential of pre-identified sites, to propose a prioritization of the most relevant sites for the development of hydroelectricity, in terms of technical, environmental, economic and financial criteria, to carry out studies feasibility studies and to assist in the preparation of bidding documents for the selection of Independent Power Producers (IPPs). The legal and financial services relating to the preparation of the Energy Purchase Contracts are covered by another service contract, coordinating the technical studies in the various categories of renewable energies (tender documents and submission in French).
