Description: As part of its mandate, IFC will appoint several consultants including a qualified technical firm to support in assessing the power plant solution which will need to be highly efficient, flexible, renewable compatible, gas powered (but dual fueled with HFO as a back-up), and cost effective. The consultants will need to be qualified both in the technical aspects and in the preparation of technical documentation and scope of work to attach to a tender.
