Description: The World Bank is supporting SENELEC, ANER, and AEME to hire a consultant to perform a survey of public buildings in Senegal to assess their suitability for rooftop solar. These buildings will include schools, hospitals, and public administration offices, including ministerial and administrative buildings. The survey will generate the necessary information, including technical and financial parameters, to prepare an EPC contract for the installation of rooftop solar systems in the selected buildings.
