Description: The ARC Lead (ARCL) is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the ARC Team. The ARC Team is responsible for all aspects of the development, engineering, implementation and operation of ARC Power’s ARC generation units (termed ‘ARCs’) and their sites. The ARC Lead therefore leads a team of technical assistants and technicians who are responsible for the work of the ARC Team under the ARCL’s direction.
