Description:
- Assist end-users in enrolling their laptops in the Microsoft Endpoint Device Manager/Intune;
- Ensure enrolled devices remain compliant with set compliance policies;
- Troubleshoot problems arising from device enrollment and ensure the best practices in device security are upheld during remote working;
- Remediate endpoint and end-user security issues as they emerge;
- Document Device Endpoint Manager enrollment process to uphold a knowledge base;
- Use the Endpoint Device Manager portal to check the device health status and report on general adoption progress;
- Assist the team with any other task(s) assigned.
