Description: CrossBoundary Energy (CBE) is recruiting a Plant Operator to support day-to-day operations and maintenance at its Kamoa hybrid PV + BESS facility. The role involves continuous monitoring of plant performance, tracking underperformance and breakdowns, dispatching technical teams, coordinating with plant management, and supporting routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities across communication and SCADA systems. You will assist senior technical staff with fault-finding activities and help ensure the site meets strict availability and baseload obligations.
