Description: The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) will participate in the United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2026 to advance the global review of SDG 7 and accelerate action on affordable and renewable energy. Convened under the theme "Transformative, equitable, innovative and coordinated actions for the 2030 Agenda and its SDGs for a sustainable future for all", HLPF 2026 will undertake in-depth reviews of various Sustainable Developmental Goals (SGDs), including SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy).
