Description: As part of the Finance Department, the Energy Access Grant Advisor coordinates and leads the grant fundraising activities across the EEA markets under the supervision of the Head of Energy Access Grant Funding. Its purpose is to identify and secure the financial resources needed to accelerate and increase the scale of our operations. As such, this role entails establishing working relationships with existing and potential funders, policymakers and other external stakeholders while working closely with the rest of the EEA Finance team, the Country teams as well as significant cross-collaboration with other EEA teams. The Energy Access Grant Advisor develops competitive funding proposals, manages the entire end-to-end fundraising and development process and identifies new grant opportunities to drive growth within new and existing markets to establish EEA as the market leader within the industry.
